Incorrect all of you, neither one is dead yet, but observer A will be soon, the question is how soon and what frequency of sound will he hear before he is splattered.

Wait... what? 430 Hz = F? What's that supposed to mean? Seems like it's supposed to be the note that pitch would be, but 430 Hz is definitely not an F, go back a hundred years or so and many would consider it a spot on A. Today that pitch is definitely a slightly flat A. So, in conclusion. WTF? F?

If he's standing directly in front, the train will kill him before the speed of sound hits him so there will be no frequency
