    Honestly if you think women care about stuff like that then that probably goes some way to explaining your lack of success with them. My hubby also lost one to cancer and you can't tell and it does not bother me in the slightest. I can't answer the question as to whether he can reproduce conclusively as he's had a vasectomy (neither of us want kids) but I would assume that if the doctors thought he would be unable to father a child with only one they wouldn't have given him the snip.
