    Actually, to the person who wrote "The McCainian model of government", that is incorrect. As you probably know, McCain is a republican and republicans give more power to the people and less to the government, hence the phrase "small government. Obama is a democrat which gives less power to the people and more power to the government which could be taken as tyranny, which is displayed here. Therefore, this is a democratic almost dictatorial way of governing, as seen in Obamas past actions.
