could have added magic in the first equation and skip all those steps

hmmm...waited too long to use magic :)

There was a question in a Year 2 Calc paper I did a couple of years ago where I knew what the answer was but for the life of me couldn't remember how to get it. I forgot to change the equation into radians, so the answer kept getting all convoluted and messy.
In the end I started the answer, wrote, "then something magical happens and the answer is pi/4"
I passed the paper, though have no idea if I was given marks for that particular question.

This isn't Hogwarts, kid...

if its out of 7 and they only got one wrong, what the **** happened to the other mark...

Haha... magic :) I hope it worked that way.

This question is worth 7 Marks? This exam must have been written in Germany, before they switched over to the Euro.

I seriously think this might be mine. Who put it up? Fitz?

Proofs. The most useless thing math has ever threw up

Lots of complicated math... then MAGIC! it's gone!

HL IB math? I feel this person's pain.

How its possible to solve this mathematical problem?
