Uhm, first who uses a red crayon to grade? And second..That exclamation mark looks like the teacher TRIED to make that hand look bloody..Just sain(;

i am a high school English teacher. while i do not know the origin of the picture, i can tell you this: 1. i use red pencils all the time to grade--this is written in red pencil. 2. when i am upset with my high schoolers, i underline comments and do big exclamation marks so they can see it. 3. if this was written on a paper in my class, i would do the same thing. Or i would draw my own picture underneath it!

"This is fake, the paper is not a test paper, the question is not printed but written, the teacher does not draw such big ! and does not ussually write in crayon. Anyone with a brain can see this is fake and if you can't then your just stupid..." Read your comment, correct it, and then call the people who believe that this paper is real stupid one more time.
