    This guy is Peter. Go to a later page of popular tab and there is a similar one by a guy called Peter about US colinization. At first you notice a link, but in the top left of the paper the teacher Mr Guiterrez is in both papers! The same Peter, the same teacher. That's why he says in the other one "Not again, Peter" As soon as the New World was supposedly founded by hyper intelligent apes
