It is a map test, which means the answers correspond to an item on a map. It is not just a listing of the states. In addition to incorrect (albeit hilarious) responses, the lad seems to have mislabeled some states. Also, last I checked, New Mexico and New Jersey are still in the union. Finally, "say what" appears to be the same ink and handwriting as the other teacher comments on the note, not highlighter. -

This teacher goes against what I have been taught through my entire schooling. Its better to guess if you don't know what it is... you shouldn't leave any question blank. They obviously don't have a sense of humor either. -

62% is correct score, but it should be passing grade. In most schools 60% or even 50% is passing...
